Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Only watches returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging, documentation, certificates, and accessories are eligible.
- Used or pre-owned watches are refundable only if the item arrives not as described or has functional defects not previously disclosed.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for insured return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrectly described.
- Returned items must be shipped using a trackable and insured service. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees and payment processing charges are non-refundable.
